Good luck with your aloe. Low water and plenty of sun do seem to be
the key.

Now, back to plants....I saw a huge, beautiful aloe while plant
browsing yesterday. It sure gave me a temptation to purchase a small
one, but here in Seattle sun and heat are not easy to come by (even
in
a windowsill indoors, LOL) so I passed. For now.
Take care everyone, and let's all focus on why we're here:
houseplants! :)

I have a huge aloe in a pot that I brought in for the winter. I stuck it by
the fish tank and most of the time I forgot about it. Not really much sun
and I think it got watered 1 or 2 x's over the winter. It got even bigger. =
I
have 3 smaller ones in the window sill that I actually took care of and the=
y
didn't grow any. Go figure.
