Hi, I inherited a christmas cactus from an 84 year old woman who claims tha=
t the plant is
about 100 years old. I have researched and see that it is possible. This pl=
ant has a good deal
of hard wood stem. It is in bloom right now... I my have made the mistake o=
f transplanting
it... but I guess I will have to see. It is still blooming and the not yet =
open blooms are
opening. I transplanted because the plant seemed very week. No sure if that=
is due to the
large amount of energy spent blooming.... I have been told from others that=
this is common.
Just want to know if I should do anything... I also inherited some other pl=
ants that have some
age to them. Once I look up and figure what they are I will talk about them=
as well.
