
Our veg plots are surrounded by mowed grassy strips, so we could use it
there. But I'm not going to do that, at least not this year. Will hope =
for
reduced population next year, and also resume use of the traps at the =
far
ends of the yard. We didn't use them this year and last, as Howard =
wanted to
test if they actually brought in more JBs. Without them, the JBs have =
been
AWFUL these past two summers. Maybe they would have been even *with* =
the
traps, but next year I'm not waiting to find out.
