We received this photo from a customer in Mass. who thought it was fun. The primary bloom was half variegated and half solid purple, which is not that unusual, however, the side buds matched - one one was solid purple and the other variegated on matching sides of the primary bloom.
We currently have a Hat Trick of Rolf in our garden on different plants - one solid red bloom, one solid yellow bloom, and one variegated bloom.
