Well, thought upon KISS and then as I started to respond to this it came to
me....Keep It Simple Stupid? LOL Was thinking it might be a highly technical
term. But I use comfrey to make a tea as I have plenty of it
around and now will start making more tea out of my other things like
dandelion which also is highly regarded for making tea for the garden. I
have mullein too. I did try the molasses thing to kick my compost pile up,
but hard to tell if it did or not. I am all for KISS. I don't use manure
though since I am a vegan and it clashes with that, but don't seem to need
it. I don't spend any money on the fertilizing process so far. I just
brought in about 60 pounds of zucchini and crook neck squash...guess what I
am doing today? They make wonderful pickles.
