Sounds like cat nip to me! I dry the leaves and put it in "fancy" recycled
bottles/jars with a fancy lid and give it as Christmas gifts to cats I know.
But to keep it in check, I pull it and hang it by the roots to dry. I like
to keep at least one plant alive but I have been pulling baby plants all
spring. It will flower but it isn't a beautiful plant. If you know anyone
who sells at Farmer's Markets or at Flea Markets or that sort of thing, they
might sell it for you. Be sure to mention on your label that it's 100%
organic ;-) Trivia: cats who like cat nip have the gene for it. If your cat
doesn't have the gene, it won't care one way or the other about cat nip.
