A really old fella, 105, was being interviewed because of his longevity. The
interviewer asked him:
"If you had your life to live over, what would you do differently?"
He said:
"If I knew I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of
myself."

Indeed it is a most impressive figure(I have a brother and a couple of
friends of this venerable age and another friend now 89, who is at last
slowing down and beginning to grumble about feeling old!!) However, not
everybody has the appropriate genes to stay vigorous almost indefinitely
and I and Tony both find we at least have to take things slower than a a
few years ago and do not usually accomplish as much in a day as once we
did.
