We have this huge magnificent amaryllis that is now in full bloom and about
3' high from the base of the dirt to the four blooms.
We got the amaryllis as a gift 1-1/2 years ago at a Christmas party. We
followed the directions and it bloomed beautifully last spring.
After it was done blooming we cut it off at the base and stuck it on the
window sill outside. No other care was given. A couple of months ago we
noticed activity and brought it back in the house. Now we have this
gorgeous amaryllis that we are not worthy of. Many pictures have been taken!
Go figure?
