What is a tin cat? Is that the mouse trap that catches multiple mice alive?

Don't expect to have more than one mouse alive when you go to empty the trap.
When trapped in a small space, mice will attack, kill, and eat each other.
You will hae ony one super-mouse left. I think it's a terrible idea.

The little *****s keep reappearing behind the fridge. The dog caught
one the other day. At one stage I resorted to poison and used up five
boxes, and the only result was that the house stank of dead mouse for
months; soon they were back.

I have one that is all metal. I caught 36 mice last fall and even though
there were two and three in the trap at a time, none of them ate each other.
I use peanut butter, crackers, lettuce, cereal. I check it in the morning
and evening so they're not in the trap for too long a period.

I put them by the brush along the train tracks. There are a few dead trees
there that an owls sits in. I figure he can always use a little extra
dinner.
