daffodils blooming

The daffodils are blooming before the crocuses! Tomorrow night we expect
temps of 19*F. Stupid daffodils.

The yarrow has greened up and shows signs of new growth. Weeds are
cropping up everywhere. The blueberry blooms are fat and full and look like
their are ready to pop... Oh I hope not! I wonder if I can make up some
homemade smudge pots for them if they do bloom. This is such weird weather
we're having!

I'm in for a bite to eat. I hate having to stop and eat lunch when the
weather is so perfect for heavy work. Not too hot, not too cold and we're
really moving out today. We're planting more in the cold frame, filling
flats for more pepper seeds and tomato seeds and pulling weeds as well as
moving rocks and leaves.

Here's your opportunity to do some flower arranging! Pick the daffys before
the cold hits them.
