Posts I'm seeing from other lists claim a mixture of milk and water (up to
50% of each) is an excellent fungicide. Read the label on Neem. The Green
Light Neem Concentrate is an insecticide, fungicide and miticide. I have
not personally used either, and would like to know people's experiences

I understand that skim milk is fine for this. I believe the active
ingredients are not part of the fat component anyway.

Is it whole milk, or does that seem to matter? This would make me wonder if
the effect is due to leaving a light film of grease?
