I wonder if you could make a trellis or arbor with skis and exercise
equipment?

I fought the lawn and the lawn won!
We didn't pick up the skis but I wish we had been able to stuff the
lattice work in the back of the car! Home Depot is enlarging their store
in Ledgewood and are not restocking stuff like 4x4s, plants, etc..
Sure, as soon as I have project to build there's no place to get the
lumber. Depot managed to put everyone else in the area out of business!
Did pick up two small benches, which I painted a soft yellow. Lots of
styrofoam pool toys.(I HATE blowup toys!) Two large cabinets for
storage, numerous bicycles for the grandkids.
You know by the end of the clean up crusade we were getting darned
picky! We don't take just "anything", you know. Oh yeah, and over 300
bricks for a walkway.

Friend who lives a block over had a 150 foot fence built of skis. He used to
have a summer place in Leadville, Colorado and scavenged the skis out of the
dump there in the spring. Finally took it down last year as he had sold the
Leadville place, which was well over 100 years old, and the ski fence made for
sad memories. He was just getting to old to maintain that old house when he
reached 78.
