That's challenging! I had to look up four of them, and go to my big
book of Botanical terms for the answer to Sativus. Hmmm. Margaret L

Due to a serious lack of knowledge, I might only
get two -
Aquaticus -- water
Maritimus -- sea

I think I know a few:
1 - C
2 - A maybe? Just sounds like it should be field if it isn't but I don't
know why.
3 - E
4 - don't have a clue, but only F is left if the other guesses are right.
5 - D maybe? Pratensis makes me think of a prarire or meadow.
6 - as in crocus? maybe B?

No, but we did just fine.
'Course, you had one more major. Not to sneeze at either.

Margaret gets the prize for the first correct answer! Karen also got them
all correct. Now, what shall the prize be? How about a virtual wreath of
laurels to wear for the day?
