I don't have it right now.

Does anybody on this list grow Enoki mushrooms? Can people grow them in the
US? If so, where can one buy a starter kit? Thanks for any help. I'm
looking through a Martha Stewart cooking book and some of her recipes call
for enoki mushrooms. They look so cute. I don't know what they taste like,
but they sure look unique.

can branch off to tools and equipment. There they mention kits for mushroom
cultivation.

Check with Mushroompeople in Summertown TN (The Farm). They sell many
different types of mushroom starters and cultures.
