Perhaps I should have said something more definite about it, but my use
of weedkillers is strictly for paths, drives and paving and never comes
near any cultivated bed. And I always try to use only products which
have minimum environmental impact.
This may not meet your obviously high standards, but at 74 and with a
husband who is older we do need to make some concessions to having less
energy for gardening!
