The garage is down a 60 foot driveway. We park right at the very top, next
to the sidewalk. We do NOT want to shovel a 60 foot driveway.
And ofcourse the garage is filled with stuff -- lawn mower, leaf shredder,
wheelbarrow, garden tools, GS's bike, an old trunk, SIL's extra car - his
folly he has just to tinker with, flattened cartons from our move in to the
house, all sizes of pots, bags of soil, et al. In exchange for letting SIL
use garage, he works on my car.
In addition, the garage roof and sides leak; we think and hope that the
whole thing will collapse someday (haven't expressed this secret desire to
SIL, haha).
