Freezing is 32 deg F or 0 deg. C. Did you mean minus 4 celcius deg?

Amy, the temperature in my cold room is 13C or 55F. Not so cold, you see.
It is freezing 4 celcius degrees, which would be about 24F. I would wait until it stops freezing, I think. I have some small ones up there that are joyful with anticipated spring and full of new leaves.
In back of the house on my "patio" of gravel, there is still snow and ice. It gets the western sun and is a hot spot in summer, but not now.
So I sit in the house and fume. I want warmth very badly - outdoors!
