
Creative naming, there. :) I have two Siamese. One is named Odie (after
Garfield's canine sidekick) and the other Thai. My mother was going to keep
him, and named him a "Siamese" name. When I got him, he already knew his
name, so I didn't change it.
We also have Beaumont. We found her as a tiny gray kitten in the middle of
the road on the way home from an anniversary celebration at a historic house
called Beaumont Inn. Hence, her name.
My last koi was named MiKoi. Yes, "my koi." The members of the Gardens
list helped me choose that name.
I have some new fish in my small, preformed pond in the middle of our circle
drive, and in the "big" (about 2500 gallons) in the back yard. I'm hoping
with you for safety from predators, including racoons, herons, etc. Wonder
if there's a special statue that would protect them, like St. Fiacre?

Couldn't you change the spelling so it would scan? "Mic-koi mouse, Mykoi
mouse..." And wear fins instead of ears. Margaret L
No no no. Mixing mice and fish won't work. Now, you could name a cat
"Mickey Mouser."
