YUM How do you make it ?Im just getting ready to bake and freeze some
breads .I have a yummylicious white sweet bread that I will share with
any that want it.Its for bread machines but can be made old fashioned
way.

Apple Butter Bread
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups bread flour (I reversed these amounts and used a bit of gluten to make
up for the extra whole wheat
1 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1/2 cup apple butter
2 T. oil
1 cup water
2 tsp. yeast
This is a bread machine recipe, so that's all there is to it!
I don't remember where I got this recipe from, but when I first made it
last week, I didn't realize that the original recipe had left out the
yeast till that loaf was half-baked!! Needless to say, that loaf got
tossed and I tried again. 2 tsp. of yeast worked well for my second loaf.

I just remembered: I also added about 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon to the bread.
