Can anyone here tell me of a source for the Sweet Fern shrub, also known as
Comptonia peregrina or Myrica peregrina ? Where I grew up in Connecticut
they were all over, and we used them for a poison ivy cure. I would love to
plant one in my yard, but the only one I've ever seen in a local nursery was
$50 for a gallon pot.
