Yes! Of course you /do/ have these natural cycles, and you do have
"combined lows" - when you had better stay home and not do anything that
might injure yourself, and other times you will have "combined highs"
when you feel - and are - "on top of the world", and those are the days
when you should get out and do something difficult or daring, because on
those days you will succeed.
All I am saying is that, you can't just take a chart that someone
somewhere has produced and say "this chart fits everybody - we all work
exactly the same way, you can chart your rythms from the date of your
birth".
From the ordinary laws of statistics, there will be /some/ people those
charts /will/ fit - at least at some times in their lives - but for
others they will not fit. For others, they will fit at some stage, but
then something in their lives will shift the pattern, and then the
standard chart will not fit.
Chart your own moods and energy swings by all means, and create your own
chart that /does/ fit you, and then you /will/ have a predictive tool
that will work, at least for some time.
