I've used a mixture of 8 ounces of water to 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
Ive seen others refer to a mixture twice as strong -w/ baking soda(in
addition).
I've seen reference that processed salt shouldn't be used, nor should
iodized salt.
I think I even saw reference stating that sea salt should NOT be used.
That's all that we use, that, and a "fossil"rocksalt from UTAH( i believe)
called "REAL SALT" .
Water used comes from the tea kettle after cooling to a resonably warm
temperature.
WHen using grapefruit seed extract, I've only used a drop of GSE( maybe
two) per cup of solution-never more.
What specific mixtures are others using?

Yes, though its hard to read while doing that too : ) And you don't want
to get too close to the steam with the towel over your head because its even
hotter that way. I've had my head in several different books this week
while steaming. I have three books going right now and have been bad about
staying up late reading.
To Bille, I'm using the GSE a little in the neti pot.
