The North Carolina extension service has issued a warning about potting
soil made by Bayer Advanced Garden TM. Sold under the names 3-in-1,
Multi-purpose Potting Mix and Rose and Garden Potting Mix It contains
imidacloprid (Merit) which they describe as a powerful and dangerous
insecticide.
