
This is an update this bob cat that we have been seeing it has rabies! Now
he must be caught & put down there's no choice in the matter now Animal
Contorl & The Wildlife Commission we be coming out later today to trap it.
That is why I don't want wild animals like that around me. It has been
reported that he may have bit someone please think about it that's why I
have been alarmed about the bob cat!

Chuck are you sure that this bob cat has rabies. Last time I read about
rabies, you have to kill the animal and have a brain dissection to prove
the animal has rabies. Up here in Alaska (especially the far north) we
occasionally get rabid foxes who infect squirrels or even local dog
teams with bites, but the only way the veterinarians can tell for sure
that it is rabies is to do clinical tests on the brain of the dead
animal.
