You guys don't have Farmland milk - no antibiotics used in feed, etc. ?? Is
there another brand that is similar?

When visiting D, I won't go into Winn-Dixie because of its name!! She's
NEVER been in one yet, and has lived there 2+ yrs. Uses Publix or another
one forgot name... FLA is considered in the deep south, isn't it? I was
astounded my first visit to her - seeing all those pickup trucks with
confederate flags all over the place - yikes. But I'm not going to get into
a political/sociologicla thread here. Uhuh. Sky is getting greyer as I'm
typing......
I'm afraid it will really wnow, just in time for Monday morning back to work
scene. We have a garage. It's at the end of a long drive. Our Choice: shovel
about 70' driveway or clean snow off car. No contest. Car sits at edge of
drive next to sidewalk! Hahahaha even as I am typing this my neighbor is
testing his snow blower!!!! He does NOT offer to do my driveway or my
seldwalk altho I clip the hedge between our property (mostly on his property
I think), prune his barberry cut back the bush honeysuckle, and pull his
thistle up) - however, he probably would let me use the machine to do it -
maybe I'll ask. I did once use his Ryobi cordless lawn mower. Quite a nice
machine.

Kroger, since they have the best selection in my area. Then I have to go
somewhere else for the milk.

> Jenny--I hadn't thought about the milk tasting different for
cardboard/plastic. I always get the plastic containers, because they're
available in the gallon size, and we drink a lot of milk!

> Changing where I buy the milk seems to do the trick. I checked to make
sure where I get the milk from now, Winn-Dixie, doesn't have the same
supplier as Kroger.
> Kroger also carries Sealtest, but the man in charge of the milk department
told me it comes from the same supplier as that sold under the Kroger name,
so that's no help!

Yes - I see your point. Anyway, it's not that bad - shoveling - if you take
it slow.

Has anyone ever used that stuff that I've sen advertsied that you supposedly
spray on your walks BEFORE the snow, and then the snow is supposed to not
"stick" - is it teflon? Oil? mmm, just wondering. It sure looks like snow
here now.

Karen, we had the first snow blower in the neighborhood. My SIL ran all
over doing the neighbor's driveways and sidewalks. When he moved out my
husband did it for a while, then got tired of doing all that work.
There's no reciprocation.
He let friends across the street borrow it to do theirs last year and it
was returned broken. We had to hand shovel the rest of the winter.
My son had it fixed over the summer and this winter no one else will use
it but us.
