I recently found an interesting web site called Environmental Media
Services with some scary and important information. I know this is not
to perfect list on which to publish this, but since people from Great
Britain are on OGL, I feel this important for them to know. For more
information, I urge you to click on the following:

PESTICIDE COMPANIES USING HUMANS IN LAB STUDIES
Insecticides Are Fed to "The English Patients" In Fight Against U.S.
Regulations
10:00 a.m. Monday Press Conference To Provide Details
**A new report by the Environmental Working Group documents how American
and foreign pesticide companies have recently commissioned laboratories
in the United Kingdom to undertake pesticide experiments on human
subjects. The goal of the new human pesticide experiments is to
counteract rigorous new standards to protect children under the 1996
Food Quality Protection Act.
The human experiments involved feeding one of several insecticides to
people to gauge the level of toxicity. These studies are not required by
EPA, and it is not clear why they are being conducted in the U.K. What
is clear is that more such studies are forthcoming.**
