I have purple Amaranth that I'm pretty sure is still viable. How much do
you want. In a sandwich size baggie about one finger with including
chaff would be enough to overwhelm a backyard garden. Tinnnny seeeed.
If anybody else wants any let me know. I haven't tried the leafs yet
even though I've been told they are edible when young. And yes they do
like the hot, but must be kept well watered to thrive. My ground hogs
and/or rabbits liked my crop last year, just left me nubs.

I also have some golden Amaranth. . .somewhere. It is not as big of a
growing variety as the purple, but had plenty of leaves. The purple puts
out lots of seeds, but the golden might be more of the leaf variety. .
..not sure didn't eat either.

PS: My All-Gold Sweet Potato Source is not answering my email asking if
they are ready yet. . .doesn't sound good.
