Thankyou, Esther, for that informative answer. I guess I
misinterpreted what I read. Naturally it makes sense that plants only
bloom when the conditions/circumstances are right, no matter how much
"fertilizer" the get. Duh. Blame it on the heat here in Reno-- we've
been in the mid to upper 90s since mid-May, which is *very* unusual
for us.

Now, all I have to do is stop on the way home and buy some bananas.

Oh...is that as hot as it gets? I always thought Reno and Las Vegas were
kind of like Phoenix...and had temps around 108 this time of year. Maybe
I should move to Reno ;) Do you guys get snow in the winter? Eh, that
would be the deciding factor =)
