I have two delightful toads in my greenhouse and need to know if they will
be
harmed by spraying higher up plants with Jerry Baker's potions? I want to
spray with tobacco juice, mouthwash and dish soap, a combo of his for
whiteflies. The toads do a great job on bugs they can reach. Thx -

Beverly,
Yes Jerry Baker is NOT organic most of his "formulas are toxic to the
environment. Toads are very succeptable to most "Organic" pesticides. Read
the label or do a web search. Tobaco is very toxic..smitty
What are the whiteflies attacking? Are the plants "goners" or are they
salvagable? Have you tried a true "soap" spray??? boosted w/ kelp juice
smoothie?;)(----
castile soap is preferable imho( ie not dish/laundry detergent)
bille
who would start making soap spray concentrations at 1 part soap to 100
parts water... noting that a certain vendor of castile soap recommends a
ratio of 1 to 18!

Toads are expert climbers, even able to cling to (and climb) glass windows.
They will be all over the greenhouse as soom as they spot food. Your plan to
spray toxins will surely kill them.
Wouldn't the poisoned bugs fall down to toad level?
I want to

But not just any old dish soap, ie. detergent. Its the fatty acids in real
soap that do the job and detergents don't gots no fatty acids.
