Here's my new subject. I've been inspired to just work in the garden this weekend. The weather is supposed to cooperate - 70's and sunny. And I have a ton of daylilies, iris and hostas to divide. Can I also divide my phlox too? It's about done blooming.
My cannas have also been doing good this year. Unfortunately the hollyhocks were taking over so the cannas were set back, but now they're blooming up a storm. I'm going to dig up all the first year hollyhocks and transplant them to the back fence row where they won't shade out anything. They pretty much stunted my pink butterfly bush which is only about 2 feet high but it's blooming nicely.
