Very interesting!! Have you, or anyone you know, used Coltsfoot for smoking?
If so, would you know if they give one the same pleasant sensation that
tobacco based cigarettes provide?

Would you have any thoughts on possible negative health effects? Would you
feel they are not as bad as "regular" cigarettes?

Thanks!!

Kevin, if one is hooked on cigarettes I am sure a herbal smoke is like coffein-free coffee! Carol

I actually did and my cousin smoked it a lot more even but this is such a
long time ago that I can not remember too many details.
Do regular tobacco sigarettes even give a pleasant sensation? (And this is
not just the smug talk of a recently converted smoker/ now non- smoker) I
used to suffer when I could not smoke for some socially important reason or
other but smoking itself never brought more than partial relief of the
craving.
Anyway I gave this up for good some six months ago and I am already very
certain that live will look a lot longer;)

I have no doubt that they are a good bit less if at all adictive for one
thing. This makes using coltsfoot sigarettes a very simple matter : if they
do give relief for a respiratory affliction, well and good. If they don't
work for you or if the health problem has been solved, you simply stop
smoking them.
