I can't breath when I go into those dept stores! As soon as I walk in I
cover my mouth & nose and hurry through as fast as I can!! Doesn't give the
enthusiastic sales ladies time to spray ;) If I happen to be with my mom she
tells them that the smells make me sick!

Did you ever notice they put the perfume counters inside the main doors where
you have to go on either side to get by? It's planned that way so they can stink
you up as you pass and maybe pique your interest. My daughter-in-law is a
cosmetics consultant, no, really, that's what she is. Works exclusively for
Neiman Marcus in Houston and makes really good money. She refuses to pander
perfumes, only cosmetics. Seems the strong odors make her ill too. She can work
wonders with those paints, powders, and creams though.
