When researching my pests article I found two interesting things about slugs.
1: Some folks eat them. Recipes appeared in a recent coop extension service
cookbook.
2. gardens alive! has a new product called Escar-Go! which they told me is
totally non-toxic. I bought some and tried it. My petunias have gone several
days with no bites out of them - a first in this PA garden!
It's raining here too but the garden is gorgeous. Just bought corydalis blue
panda. It's a tiny thing but a gorgeous color. Hope it likes my garden.
