Several years ago I lived NE of metro Atlanta. We had a *terrible* problem
with fleas, the worst that I have ever experienced. Something else that we had
more than our share of was fire ants. NOW I see the connection - thanks,
Cynthia. BTW, the soil was terrible, sandy and rocky (my garden was in raised
beds); would that explain the fleas in the first place?

P.S. Margaret - did this message come across OK on the gardens list? I am
using no special mail program other the one I get from AOL. And I use mail
daily, both at work and at home, having no problems other than with the herbal
list. However, if this message is lacking text in <
suspect AOL or a virus.
