A traditional solution for too many mushrooms is to dry them.
Then you can have wonderful mushroom dishes when it is too cold
or too dry for them to grow.
If you got into that predicament and feasts for friends left you
with extra mushrooms, I bet the wonderful cooks on the list have
some dried mushroom recipes. I plump them back up with warm water
and use them in stir fries and they give a great flavor to the
stir fries.
