sculpture. Part of the pleasure this art form is to
let me work two of the
things I love most: plants and creative design.:)

- who would like to see Harry shaking his head if he
read this! - not much
lazy gardening in bonsai .. but Harry, I rather call
it art? :)>>
I whole heartedly agree.. Bonsai is an art... and
should be treated as one.. As a matter of fact, my
sensi and I are counting down the days to the Bonsai
show in this area.. I was wondering, did you mention
pottery because I had said somewhere this is what I
do?? Or do you do it too??

Bonsai pleanters are next on my list to make.. I also
have been dabbeling in the idea of making
traditional-ish thrown planters.. This idea sprouted
(Pardon the pun) when I noticed that my Devils Ivy is
taking over my dining room... More then half way
around.. I think I need to trim it.. So, why not, make
the post put the root tips in and sell them along with
the plates and bowls and stuff's.. :)

Hi Anji ... no I do not make the pots .. wish I could but a friend is going
to help me with that. I also want to try to find nice rock and or suitable
flat stone to use - I live in a rocky land you know.
I had a 'beautiful' dialog the the leadder of Norwegian garden
organisation: there is no bonsai nursery in Norway! That is good news for
me who want to start! And I would be able to get cheap second quality
plants from both them and others ... to start on trials ...and that is
perfect plants for bonsai -- they are supposed to be kind of deformed -
guess who has butterflies inside! ?
