My favorite thing to do with blackberries is make a fruit smoothie!
Just throw some milk or soy milk or some yogurt in the blender, throw in
the berries, and a frozen banana or two (frozen keeps the smoothie thicker)
blend it all up, maybe put in a little orange juice to sweeten it up.. and
there you go!

We also put soy protein powder in ours for the extra soy boost (we dont eat
meat)

We have these almost every night, its better than ice cream, and you can
change the berries depending on the season (blueberries and raspberries are
good too)

The real secret we think is the frozen bananas, cuz it gives the smoothie
"body."

p.s. don't forget to put all those banana peels on the compost pile!

How long can you keep bananas frozen to use in these smoothies?
Like are we taking 1 day or 1 month?
