Hi Anne and all,
I think asparagus fern is lovely -- will it need more water
than the bulbs? I want to have something that will flower
and be compatible with the bulbs -
I like Cyclamen too, but that plants *loves* water -
I have a good-sized, white, round pedestal-type of container
that will hold these plants nicely.
I have a spot out in the yard by the garden bench --
So far I haven't thought of changing the color of the
container but I love the ideas of ageing them or
growing moss --
The container will come indoors at the end of the
season though (I'm in zone 6) so it will also
have to be compatible with my indoor stuff. :D
Now it is really spring here -- the azalea is blooming
(even before the daffodils), and crocus are up, the
peeptoads are singing -
And my tomato seedlings are growing and well as my
radishes (French Breakfast).
Best,
June
