Depends on the storage conditions and the formulation. If it's not
open-dated (some manufacturers do this), call the number on the label
and check.
One lab habit I've carried on at home... when I buy something that's got a
shelf life, I write "in (date)" on the label, then "open (date)" when I
open the package. When you've got a memory as bad as mine, this can
be quite useful information.
